Yoga Rx

Yoga Rx is a brand identity built from the ground up, beginning with strategy and extending through a fully realized visual system. I defined the brand’s messaging, audience personas, and positioning, then translated that foundation into a cohesive identity.

The brand is designed for women healthcare workers navigating high-stress environments, positioning Yoga Rx as a restorative space for balance, resilience, and calm. Rooted in empathetic integrity, the voice is supportive, knowledgeable, and grounded in real-life application.

Strategically, Yoga Rx sits at the intersection of therapeutic care and functional wellness. Its audience includes women ages 30 to 60 in healthcare, as well as individuals with varying physical abilities seeking accessible, science-informed yoga practices. The offering focuses on practical tools that help reduce stress, improve overall well-being, and build resilience across daily routines.

The visual system is intentionally minimal. With no reliance on color, the identity uses typography, composition, and space to convey clarity, trust, and calm. The result is a distinct, inclusive brand that prioritizes both emotional understanding and practical, results-driven care.
